Our Myanmar Family Holidays Tour is suitable for couples and families with children aged between 3 to 14 years, they will learn valuable knowledge from our best guides about the Myanmar culture, the daily life of local people, history, museums and learn about responsible travel stories while their holidays.
All of the hotels are family-friendly with a clean swimming pool except Kalaw, one day or overnight trekking in Kalaw can also arrange for those who want walking adventure around the jungle.

Day 1: Yangon Arrival
Upon your family arrive at Yangon International airport, Meet and greet by our company representative and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Day 2: Back to the Colonial Era in Yangon and Life Along the Yangon Circular Line
Today meet our tour guide and start the visit to Kyeet Myin Dine railway station and takes 15 minutes to ride Myanmar Circular Train. Stops at Yangon railway station and visit Scott Market for shopping. Then the walking tour starts from Sule Pagoda. On the way, you can see Yangon City Hall, Independence Monument, Mahabandoola Park, many colonial buildings and ends at the Strand Hotel. Continue to Bogyoke Aung San Market for shopping and the next stop is National Museum and Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda with colossal reclining Buddha. Later afternoon, enjoy the sunset at magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda.
Day 3: Bagan Temple tour followed by a horse cart
Transfer to the domestic airport for early morning flight to Bagan. On arrival, meet and greet our guide and start to tour in Bagan including the colorful Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi (a cave temple with exquisite Jataka mural paintings), the elegant Htilominlo Temple (noted for its plaster carvings) and the Tharaba Gate by horse cart. After hotel check-in and refreshment, explorations of Bagan continue in the afternoon including visits to Ananda (an architectural masterpiece of early-style temple), Ananda Okkyaung (one of the few surviving brick monasteries from the early Bagan period), Thatbyinnyu Temple (the highest in Bagan, rising to 61 m) and Dhammayangyi Temple (noted for its remarkable brickwork).
Enjoy a fantastic sunset view at one of the famous temples.
Day 4: Ayeyarwaddy River Cruising and Excursion to Mt. Popa
This morning visit to the local market. Next to Taung Be village and visit Damayan Gyi temple, Sularmuni temple, Pya Tha Dar temple for a beautiful panoramic view and next to Phwar Saw Village learn about the lacquerware making. Continue to Min Nan Thu village and explore the daily life of local people in Bagan.
In the afternoon, we head to Mount Popa 1518 meters high and extinct volcano from Popa Mountain. The Popa Taungkalat shrine is the home of 37 Mahagiri Nats or animist spirit entities, statues of which can be found at its base. To reach the top, you need to remove shoes and socks and climb the 777 steps to the summit. Along the way is a multitude of monkeys expecting treats.
Sunset cruising at Pyathatgyi Temple along Ayeyarwady River and stay overnight at hotel in Bagan.
Day 5: A visit to Sustainable Ecotourism Kalaw Green Hill Valley Camp
After breakfast at the hotel, pick up from your hotel and transfer to Nyaung Oo airport for flight to Heho airport. Come straight to Magway elephant camp.-Welcome Camp guide and information about the project (necessary information about camp will be given by English speaking staff). As well as safety instruction will be given before interacting with elephants, Walk (5-7mins) to the elephant village and see the life of mahouts with their families. Time to introduce the elephants and feed them (daily prepared food).
Tour Guide will lead you to go to the river where the elephant bath and you can join for washing elephants like your owned pet.-Opportunity to help in our forest recovery project. You are welcome to join us by planting one regional tree for forest recovery efforts. (GHV team will assist for planting program).Lunch will be served at the main camp.-From the main camp, you can visit our recycled paper project, and further learning elephant study with Skeleton.-You may able to have more information about elephants and forest (from our speakers).
Explore around the forest area, the opportunity to see butterflies, birds, and orchids in our conservation area. If clients want to spend a longer time in nature. (by your owned exploration, if time permit).
Drive back to your Hotel.
Day 6: Scenic Pindaya Drive and Wine Tasting at Red Mountain
Hotel checks out and visits Kalaw Local market. Drive to the small quiet town Pindaya, 48 km north of Kalaw, to visit Pindaya Lake and Pindaya Cave, well-known for its thousands of Buddha images.
After that enjoy the scenic beauty of the countryside along the road to Pindaya through picturesque landscapes. Visit bamboo umbrella workshop and drive to Ayetharyar winery near Taungyi and Red Mountain vineyard for tasting wine. Drive to Nyaung Shwe and transfer to the hotel check-in.
Day 7: Jumping Longtail boat tour at Inle Lake
Today take a full-day tour of Inle Lake by private boat with chances to see villages, the unique leg-rowers fishermen and the floating gardens, built up from the strips of water hyacinth and mud and anchored with bamboo poles. The tour also includes visits to the silver smith factory, the silk weaving village, the Cheroot making a factory, the boat making workshop, the jumping cat monastery and the most famous Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda where the Buddha images have been covered in so much gold that they look like balls of solid gold. And visit Indein Village ancient Ruins pagoda of Nyaung Oaks, Shwe Indein Pagoda.
Day 8: Heho-Yangon – Ngwe Saung 5 hour drive by private car
Transfer to Heho Aiport for a direct flight to Yangon and transfer to Ngwe Saung Beach.

Free and Leisure at the beach.
Day 11: 5-hour drive trip to Yangon
Directly transfer to Yangon international airport from Ngwe Saung Beach and connect your evening international flight.
