3 Days Pindaya to Inle Lake Trekking Tour

Pindaya to Inle Lake trekking tour

Day 1: Pindaya 18km walking distance

Trekking starts from the Pindaya hotel after breakfast. We will take you to the trekking starting point, Pwe Hla village by car. You continue your trek to Nan Gone village by passing through a beautiful red soil all along the way for 1.5hrs. Then, keep walking for 1hr more to get to Nan Gone Taung (Nan Gone Mount) where you are going to stop for lunch break. After lunch, you proceed for 2.5hrsto Pe yin Taung where you are going to stay overnight at the village.

Meals: Lunch, Dinner.
Accommodation: Clean mattress, blanket, and mosquito nets are provided in a room.

 

Day 2: Pindaya to Inle Lake trekking 15km walking distance

After breakfast, you leave from the village at 8:00amand continue for 2.5hrs to the next village which is called Tha Yet Pu. Here you will take a short break. Then, we keep on trekking for 1 hr to Kan Par Ni village where lunch will be served. You can observe the blacksmith & pottery workshop there too. After lunch, you walk to Wah Gyi Myaung village for 3hrs, where you will stay for a night stop at a local house (or) monastery.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Accommodation: Clean mattress, blanket, and mosquito nets are provided in a room.

Day 3: Inle Lake arrival 9km walking distance

Wake up and observe the village’s morning activities as they prepare for a day of farming, trading or other tasks. Breakfast will be served before lacing up your boots and setting off for a morning trek toward the lake, starting with a 1 hr descent to Kyauk Nget village. Stopping for a cup of tea you will have another opportunity to learn about the people living in the hills around Inle Lake. Then it’s time to continue down to the lake shores arriving at Khaung Dine village around midday and then take lunch. After that go back to your respective Inle lake hotel by boat.
