Founded in 2013, Oriental Ballooning is one of the original hot air balloon companies of Myanmar. What raises Oriental above the rest is that their hot air balloon basket carries only from 8-12 passengers and offers an only premium ride for travelers. They have certified hot air balloon pilots from the EU, operating in Bagan, Mandalay, Inle Lake and Ngapali Beach (Thandwe region).
Private Charter and Premium service include:
- Personal pick up and drop off, with small size on and off-road vehicles.
- Full Safety Briefing and viewing of pre-launch inflation from a dedicated viewing area, with hot beverages and light snacks.
- 45 min – 1-hour balloon flight in a twelve passenger balloon in Bagan & a four or six-passenger balloon in Mandalay, Inle Lake & Ngapali Beach, which will experience for a more exclusive, intimate and interactive flight.
- Sparkling wine and fresh fruit reception after landing, with a presentation of personal flight certificate and souvenir

2020-2021 Season
Bagan: Operate from 15th October 2020 until 10th April 2021.
Inle region: Operate flights in Inle and Pindaya from 1st November 2020 until 15th March 2021.
Thandwe/Ngapali: Operate for flights in Thandwe (Ngapali beach) from 21st November 2020 until 15th March 2021.
Mandalay: Schedule balloon flight available in Mandalay from 16th November 2020 until 28th February 2021.
